MEMBERSHIP

When does my membership expire?
No matter when you purchased your membership, it will expire on December 31 of that year. If you purchased a 2021 membership it will expire on December 31, 2021. No exceptions.

I paid six months ago and my annual membership is over?
Our membership is an annual membership that coincides with the calendar year and expires for everyone on December 31. You will be able to purchase your membership for the upcoming year in advance after September 15.

MAP

Where is my map?
If you’re a first-time member or a returning member and indicated that you wanted to be sent a map when you purchased your membership. This should arrive in the mail in 7 to 14 business days depending on mail delivery times.

To receive your membership sooner, please email secretary@rockymountaindirtriders.com within 24 hours of purchasing your membership to coordinate a pick up in South Calgary.

Why is my map dated 2022/2023?
Mapping is an extensive process we need to check the trail systems to see what has changed. And printing maps is a costly expense that we only do as needed. The 2022/2023 map is considered our current RMDRA map and trail system.

How will I get my trail map?
Your map will be sent to you by mail through Canada Post approximately 7 to 14 business days after you purchase your membership. Please remember that we are run be a team of volunteers so be patient and wait a week or two before you start wondering where your map is.

How do I access my digital map app?

Please confirm you have completed the steps for either desktop or phone below. If these do not work please email secretary@rockymountaindirtriders.com with your device make/model that you are using to access the map, check that you have updated the app in the store and provide details/screenshots of what comes up if you are able to.

FORUM

How do I access the forum?
There is a link in our website footer that will take you to the forum and you can access the forum login here.

Why isn’t my forum handle red?
Turning your forum handle red is the outward sign you have joined RMDRA for the calendar year. If your name is not red, it means we did not get your forum name with your application. If you’ve sent us your forum handle with your application, give us a week to turn it red. If you require your forum name to be turned red, please contact us with your forum handle and full name.

How do I join the forum?
If you are already a member and don’t have an account on the forum you’ll need to register here to create one. Once you have registered please contact us and provide your forum handle and full name so we turn your forum handle to red so everyone knows you’re a current RMDRA member.

What if I forgot my forum password?
If you can’t remember your forum password you can click here to enter your email address and reset it. This only works if you enter the email address associated with your account. If you have not changed this in your user control panel then it is the email address you registered your account with.
